What is NAAAHR? The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources is a national organization concerned with improving the professional development of African American Human Resources professionals, consultants, and students.
The focus of the organization is to serve as a network, resource, and forum for African American Human Resource professionals. The Los Angeles chapter is comprised of Human Resources professionals in the Greater LA area.
The LA Chapter is the recognized leader, voice, and conscience shaping issues that concern African Americans in the workplace. We provide professional development for African American Human Resource professionals. We serve as a resource for African Americans in developing a career within Human Resources. We provide a platform that educates Human Resource professionals on new business trends and best practices, and we educating our communities on relevant HR policies and procedures.
